Hello and welcome to my site.
I grew up in Danville, IL, and went to school at Illinois State University, where I got my Bachelor of Arts Degree, Double Majoring in Arts Technology & Art. After graduating, I moved back to Bloomington-Normal, IL for work, and later met my husband. He and I currently live in Normal with our 2 cats.
I am still discovering myself...about what interests me and fulfills me creatively. I'm still developing my art and trying to find out how I can make a living and a positive difference in this world.
I have dabbled in various art mediums throughout the years, including drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, photography, theater, film, and digital.
I am an Integrated Digital Artist. Digital photography and photo manipulation using Photoshop and other software is my preferred medium.
I take inspiration from personal life events, nature, and odd subject matter around me. (A spidering crack in glass, spraypaint blots on cement, a ripple in a dark pool of water.) I love to blend reality with illusion to create seamless imagery.
